I’m Lauren, an Attachment Psychotherapist from the UK.
Like you, I am a human that has a long history behind her. My mission is to make wellbeing part of the every day. Through reading, writing, therapy and my own personal anecdotes and learnings along the way.
Elevenses offers a schedule of three posts per week:
Tuesday → Thursday → Sunday = gentle, affirming and wholesome
A free weekly dose at 11am while your coffee is brewing. Moreish reads, scribbles from the therapy room and resources to help calm your mind in a busy world. It is a space for those who want to feel connected by real, relatable content that goes down well with a cuppa and choccy digestive.
Personalised Support
On-going Therapy: Suitable for those with a lot to unpack — people who have experienced grief, trauma, or other intense life challenges. Ideal for those feeling more anxious than usual, stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, and who appreciate a slower, gentler pace of work. Together, we’ll take a 360° view of your world, reflect on the past, and work with creative questions and activities to move toward clarity and change.
